3. What is the legal basis for processing the data?
The legal basis for processing the personal data is:
- The completion of the forms at the TUNA TOUR website. These forms (section 4.a) are completed by the data subject or he/she shares certain information and thereby provides his/her full consent to the processing of his/her personal data.
- Performance of an agreement.

TUNA TOUR will process the contact details provided by the buyer of the gift card. These details will be processed exclusively for the purpose of sending gift cards and under no circumstances will TUNA TOUR use them for any other purpose. |

7. To which recipients are the data communicated?

ii. Payment gateway: Banco Sabadell (Banco de Sabadell, S.A.), a company registered in Spain. It processes personal data to: (i) provide the Services; (ii) detect and prevent fraud; (iii) mitigate any financial losses or other damages to Users, Customers and Stripe; and (iv) promote, analyse and improve our products, systems and tools. - With the user’s consent: apart from what is set out above, the user will be informed in the event that any information about him/her is made known to the commercial partners of the Website, or to third parties, for purposes other than those stated on the TUNA TOUR Website (e.g.: for commercial purposes), so that he/she has the opportunity to decide not to share his/her information. None of the above data communications will include selling, renting, sharing or otherwise disclosing personal information of clients for commercial purposes in a manner contrary to the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.
8. Can international data transfers be carried out?

– Unsubscribe from receiving commercial information, using the “unsubscribe from commercial information” function (or similar) available in the footer of each commercial information sent by us.
– You can withdraw your consent to the installation of cookies in relation to the processing of personal data for the purposes determined by the function of said cookies, in the cookie installation management tool that you can find on our Website.
– You can withdraw your consent to receive direct commercial information on Google based on your email address and/or telephone number by modifying the corresponding settings in the ad management panel of your Google profile to prevent commercial data from other sites from influencing the selection of ads.
The user will also have the right to file a complaint with the corresponding Control Authority/Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), when he or she deems it appropriate.
10. How do we protect our users’ data?
TUNA TOUR informs the user that it has adopted the necessary technical and organisational measures required by current regulations on Data Protection to guarantee the security of your data, in order to avoid the unauthorised alteration, loss, access or processing thereof.
