Tuna Tour Diving

Get ready to experience two hours of unforgettable adventures with Tuna Tour: you’ll board our catamaran at the Port of l’Ametlla de Mar and we’ll take you five kilometres out from the coast to dive with hundreds of two-metre-plus bluefin tuna at a depth of twenty metres. Sounds incredible, doesn’t it?

On the twenty-minute sail out to sea, you’ll learn about aspects of this special tuna such as its biology, physiology and idiosyncrasies. You’ll find out about the process of catching, caring for and marketing bluefin tuna until it reaches the best restaurants in the world.
And how sustainability is present in every part of the process to guarantee quality
and respect for nature and the species.

Once you get to the pools, our team of expert divers will brief you on the safety rules and check the equipment… and then it’s time to get into the water! You’ll be diving at a depth of twenty metres.

For thirty minutes, you’ll be surrounded by hundreds of bluefin tuna in a truly wonderful environment. A once-in-a-lifetime experience that will leave you in awe!

On the return trip, you’ll get to savour some Balfegó bluefin tuna sashimi with a drink. You’ll also be able to see the photos and videos of the adventure you’ve just experienced.
